Katia is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been providing services for individual and group clients at Building BLOCS since August 2017.
She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of San Diego in 
2017 and her Master’s degree in Special Education with a concentration in Early Childhood Special Education from the University of Texas at Austin in 2018. Katia also obtained her California Multiple-Subject Teaching Credential, and has experience working in the classroom. Working with kids has always been a passion of hers!
Some of Katia’s areas of interest in the field include challenging behaviors, language development, and personal independence.
During her free time she enjoys traveling, skiing, dancing, reading, pilates, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
