Building BLOCS is a pediatric ABA and speech-language therapy clinic in Austin serving young children with autism, language delays, social communication differences, and developmental needs. Our work is rooted in the Early Start Denver Model and built around the idea that young children learn best through connection, play, routines, and relationships.

We are looking for therapists who are playful, reliable, curious, and calm under pressure — people who can get on the floor with a toddler, turn a toy garage or box of animals into a meaningful learning opportunity, and help children build communication, independence, flexibility, and social connection.

RBT certification is required.
